Just another outstanding product from KC Cattle! This Flank steak was a hit at my Christmas dinner , everyone loved it !! It was cooked to a perfect medium rare , it was tender and delicious! Will buy again.

This is the 2nd Christmas Dinner I have prepared Wagyu Filets, which hasn't disappointed. Everyone always says this is the best steak they have ever had! I'm more of a ribeye guy, but these 7oz beauties have me second-guessing! A must-buy, worth every penny.

Excellent! 5 stars all the way! I usually buy this cut from a local vendor and it is very good, but this is on another level. I seared it close to the flame to crisp up the fat cap, then sliced into steaks so everyone could finish to their liking.

The flavor is fantastic, my wife immediately noticed the difference even though I did not tell her I switched suppliers. Became a steakholder also, and will source my beef from here going forward!

Excellent steak, perfect size and thickness. Compares favorably with ribeye, when cooked to medium rare.
Butcher should take better care to ensure uniform thickness across the entire cut of meat.

Made Osso Buco, meat is super-tender and flavorful, one of my family's favorite dishes. Love KC's meats, high quality and fast shipping.

Delicious!!!

I dry brined it with kosher salt and ground pepper for 8 hrs.
Then seared it over blazing hot coals before moving it over to the indirect heat part of the grill. Pulled it at 125°F internal.
Carryover cooking took it to a perfect medium rare.
Sliced it against the grain, and oh my. So delicious!

I have yet to purchase anything , but I’m sure I will be pleased as you carry many great products from KC Cattle and I’m sure all the other products are just as good!!

Our beautiful roast arrived as promised, and we immediately noticed that it was a lot closer to 7lb than 5lb, so many thanks for that! Yesterday I slow-cooked this magnificent roast on my pellet smoker. My wife and I had some last night for dinner and it was awesome. We froze the rest and will serve it for anyone still around for dinner on Thanksgiving. (Our main meal together will be breakfast.) So many thanks, and I wish you all a wonderful holiday!
