This is my favorite steak and it has never failed me. This is my second buying in bulk and got most of this cut.
This one was absolutely delicious! I cooked it on a cast iron with black garlic and Himalayan salt. First on low heat then medium high heat and it was perfect! Worth every dollar spent! Definitely buying again. I usually get the 1/8 of the cow bundle which has two of these beauties in it but I may have to just bulk buy this because I’m hooked. Husband loved it too so total win here! Would have taken a picture if we didn’t eat it so fast. lol
Flavorful, Juice and very tender. Will do it again.
Valor provisions have integrity on our last order. UPS, being UPS, delayed the shipment's arrival, and I wasn't comfortable with the product's usability. Valor did not skip a beat. A replacement order was sent out, and it arrived, as it always has in the past, perfectly frozen and off-the-hook delicious!
First rate cut of beef. Best steak I have eaten in a very long time. Add some salt on both sides before slow cooking on the grill, and stand by for a masterpiece.
