These monsters showed up still frozen. Cooked my first one this weekend. They needed a little trimming. Very easy to do and you feel like a bad **** doing it. Was able to make a substantial amount of Mongolian beef and carne asada out of one package. Rich beefy flavor with the perfect amount of marbling. Stock up before your next cook out because im reordering soon and won't leave many for anyone else!

The packaging of the Wagyu peppered sliced beef appears to be holding a vacuum so if you changed something or changed processing to maintain the package integrity, great job.
