I live the Wagyu burgers - delicious with just enough fat to keep them juicy. They are good on the grill or in a cast iron on the stove.

I honestly have not had a cut of beef as delicious as @Valorprovisions Wagyu Picanha cut in years! Truly melts in your mouth and is delicious! Could not recommend it more!

Better than "dry" ice, at least for first two days, which is how long dry ice stays before it evaporates.
