Incredible flavor
I normally like ribeye better than a strip steak but this Waygu KC Strip Steak was incredible. Very tender and packed with favor. Can’t wait try more from KC Cattle Co.

Half Fat
I am disappointed with K.C, Cattle company. Previous orders were great. However, this last steak was cut with about half of the steak as hard fat. I expected more meat for the price, even on sale.
