Wagyu Beef & Avocado Taco Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Wagyu Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning (preferably homemade with natural spices)
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Tortilla chips or veggies for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Add taco seasoning and a splash of water.

  2. In a bowl, combine mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, tomatoes, and onion.

  3. Layer the beef mixture on the bottom of a serving dish, top with the avocado mixture, and garnish with cilantro.
