Wagyu Corned Beef & Cabbage

A premium take on the Irish classic, slow-cooked for melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

Take your St. Patrick’s Day feast to the next level with Wagyu Corned Beef & Cabbage! Slow-cooked to perfection, this ultra-tender, flavorful brisket is infused with rich spices and simmered with hearty potatoes, carrots, and cabbage for a traditional Irish meal like no other. Whether you're hosting a gathering or just treating yourself, this dish pairs perfectly with a pint of stout and a side of festive cheer!

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lb Wagyu Brisket or Black Angus Brisket (brined)
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup Guinness or Irish stout (optional)
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges

Instructions:

  1. Place corned beef in a slow cooker with beef broth, Guinness (if using), peppercorns, mustard seeds, and garlic.

  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until fork-tender.

  3. Add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage in the last 2 hours of cooking.

  4. Slice corned beef against the grain and serve with vegetables. Enjoy with a pint of stout!
