These were amazing! So tender. So tasty. Juicy as all get out. I slow roasted them in the oven with some wagyu tallow, beef buillion powder, and garlic powder. Best ribs my husband and i ever had! Will definitely be buying again

Tender and very meaty, they make quite an impression piled high on a platter at any feast for family and friends. The perfect middle cut between a full brisket and the short ribs. They cook to perfection in the smoker or roasted in a slow oven, either dry rub or finished with a bbq sauce. On the rare occasions of any leftovers, they make excellent carne asada street tacos. Highly recommend.
