I cooked these the traditional Italian way and they came out wonderful. I had hoped for some leftovers for myself the next day, but they got eaten up quickly! Since you serve with others things (polenta, mashed potatoes, pasta, etc.) it actually works out to be a not-so-expensive special dinner.
