Wagyu Steak Sliders with Garlic Aioli

Take your meal game to the next level with these Wagyu Steak Sliders. Each slider features melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu skirt steak, paired with a zesty garlic aioli and topped with fresh arugula and caramelized onions for a gourmet touch. Sandwiched in soft slider buns, these bite-sized burgers pack big, bold flavor in every bite. They’re the perfect crowd-pleaser for any small gathering, dinner or snack.

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Wagyu Skirt Steak
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • Slider buns
  • Garlic Aioli: 1/2 cup mayo, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tsp lemon juice, pinch of dill, pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: arugula, caramelized onions, or cheese

Instructions:

  1. Marinate steak in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper for 30 minutes.

  2. Cook the steak on high heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Let rest and slice into thin strips.

  3. For aioli: mix mayo, garlic, lemon juice, dill, and salt. Spread on slider buns.

  4. Add steak slices, arugula, and caramelized onions (or cheese). Serve warm!
