Decided to make tacos and use Chorizo meat I Purchased from KC cattle co. To tell you the truth, it’s the first time I’ve used it, I Usually use ground beef. After cooking and prep time it was time to serve. Those were the best tacos I’ve eaten my wife couldn’t stop telling me how great they were. From now on, that’s my meat to go to for cooking Mexican dishes!! Would’ve put a picture on this post, but we ate all of it, sorry.
I usually use pork chorizo but now my new favorite is wagyu beef chorizo. The flavor and texture is outstanding. Give it a try and you will be glad you did.
My family and I enjoy beef chorizo, but this wagyu knocks it out of the park. Highly recommend for all. I’ve also added potatoes, egg, and onions for a breakfast meal, and the family love it! Great beef!

I have never had chorizo made out of beef before so I was a little skeptical. I was SURPRISED! And as a retired Chief Warrant Officer AND an owner of a sausage- making business I am not easily impressed with sausage. The wagyu beef made this chorizo so tender that it nearly melted in my mouth. My tongue then caught a hint of the spices which then surrounded my mouth full force. Not too hot but very spicy! Never a slap in your face spicy either. The ingredients are wholesome without anything you have to Google which is important to me. I would definitely recommend that everyone try this sausage - you will not regret it!
I mostly liked it but it had a bit too much vinegar for me. It was very fatty.
